Visit Ruapehu is a regional tourism organisation (RTO) located in the central North Island of New Zealand. Go Man Go Digital Marketing has developed the Visit Ruapehu brand identity, ecommerce destination portal and a variety of print and outdoor media.
The Ruapehu District is home to the dual listed world heritage Tongariro National Park and its three active volcanoes Mt Ruapehu, Mt Ngauruhoe and Mt Tongariro. The District also includes the upper and middle reaches of New Zealand’s longest navigable river the Whanganui River and the Whanganui National Park.
Client Brief
Ruapehu’s Tourism Organisation required a destination website that would showcase their stunning attractions and provide an online eCommerce platform for their Accommodation, Attractions & Activities and Tour Operators.

The current website portal is built on a powerful eCommerce booking engine, which will be activated over the coming months, giving both the RTO and the tourism operators the opportunity to provide their customers with real time booking capabilities.
Go Man Go Digital were responsible for the overall project management, information architecture, creative design, content input and content management training. The Visit Ruapehu eCommerce website portal includes a fully-integrated eCommerce travel reservation and booking system along with a content management system to control all tourism product and site content.
